Holiday Facility Hours of Operation

We wish you a holiday season filled with joy and laughter. Thank you for an incredible year, and we can’t wait to see you in 2025! Please note the following hours for facility operations and waste and recycling collection. 

Town Hall Holiday Closure
Town Hall will close at noon on December 24th and reopen on January 2nd at 8:30 am.

Garbage Collection

• No garbage collection on Christmas Day or New Year’s Day.
• Collection for Section 3 & Section 5 will occur on:
• Saturday, December 28th
• Saturday, January 4th
• Please have your garbage at the curb by 7:00 am on collection day. For curbside collection issues or complaints, contact Waste Management at 1-888-730-3344.

Recycling Collection

• Recycling collection remains as scheduled except:
• January 1, 2025 (Section 3 & Section 5): Collection is canceled.
• Next recycling collection for this section will be January 15, 2025.

Amabel Landfill Site
Regular Winter Hours:

• Tuesday, Friday, Saturday:
• 8:30 am – 11:45 am
• 1:00 pm – 4:45 pm

Special Holiday Hours:

• Christmas Eve (Dec. 24) and New Year’s Eve (Dec. 31): Closing early at 2:00 pm.
