The Town South Bruce Peninsula undertook a Corporate Strategic Planning process in 2020, the final strategy was approved by Council on October 20, 2020. The Corporate Strategic Plan provides the long-range guidance that enables the Town to advance priorities, strengthen municipal operations, identify key performance outcomes, and allocate the resources required to pursue implementation.
