Report a concern
If you want to make a complaint about the condition of a property or building, please contact staff. You will be required to make a formal complaint which must be signed by you (typewritten or computer signatures not accepted).
Your complaint must include the property address and must give a detailed description of what you believe to be the violation of the Property Standards By-Law.
You must submit a separate complaint for each address that you are complaining about.
No investigation will begin until we receive the detailed and signed complaint. You as the complainant will not be updated on the progress of the file, if enforcement actions are taken.
