If you would like to organize a special event on town property in the Town of South Bruce Peninsula, please complete our Special Event Application. Staff will review the application and provide suggestions to ensure a successful event. Be sure to use the checklist and include as much information as possible including any municipal services that you may need to support your event such as road closures, permits, or additional waste bins.
If you would like to reserve a Town facility, contact the Recreation Programmer.

In order to assist you with obtaining the necessary permits and services, please review the Special Event Guidelines and complete the Special Events Application.
Completed applications can be submitted to Recreation Programmer:

at least ninety (90) days prior to your event if your event is taking place for the first time or has significantly changed.

at least sixty (60) days prior to your event if your event is an annual event and has no significant changes.
Please be advised that certain activities must be approved by the Town of South Bruce Peninsula. Failure to submit your application on time could result in the event not receiving approval.
