South Bruce Peninsula Storm Update 6

This is the final update. 

Hydro Outage:
Some areas of South Bruce Peninsula are still without power.  Hydro One continues to work on repairs.

If you have been without hydro, you may need water, a shower or to charge your cell phone.  The Wiarton Arena (526 Taylor Street, Wiarton) is open to all members of the public until 8pm today and will be open Thursday April 3^rd from 9am to 8pm.  

Need gas for your generator? There are two gas stations in South Bruce Peninsula.    
ESSO Gas Station in Sauble Beach – Open everyday 7am-9pm
Hepworth UPI Gas Bar – Open daily from 7am-8pm and 8am-8pm on weekends 

Carbon Monoxide Safety Reminder: 
With increased generator and alternate heat source use, please remember:

• Never run a generator indoors or in enclosed spaces like garages
• Test to ensure carbon monoxide detectors are working properly. 

Road Conditions:
Sideroad 15 is now open.  Please exercise caution if driving on Sideroad 15 due to the rough road conditions caused by flooding.
