Drinking Water Testing

South Bruce Peninsula would like to advise residents that sample bottles for well water testing can now be picked up and dropped off at Town Hall located at 315 George St., Wiarton. A courier will pick up water samples for testing every Wednesday at 10:00am. An alternate drop off location is the Grey Bruce Public Health Office located at 101 17th Street East, Owen Sound, Monday to Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or Friday’s from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Follow directions for the sample collection and form completion carefully. All directions for sampling are located on the form. Please ensure all mandatory fields are completed.

Grey Bruce Health Unit does not receive the results of private drinking water samples. To obtain results over the phone, keep and follow directions on the blue card. Your results can be picked up or mailed to you depending on what you indicate on the submissions form.
