Site Plan Control is a tool used to regulate the exterior of a development. It includes things like drainage and grading, snow and garbage storage, parking and entrance locations and water, wastewater and stormwater locations and management. Not all development requires a Site Plan Control Agreement.
The Site Plan Control process includes the submission of an application which includes the applicable fee and associated plans, studies and drawings. Staff review the submission and work with the developer to make sure that the development will not adversely affect neighbouring properties and that all internal components are appropriate for the development. Please contact the Town Clerk (519-534-1400 ext 122) for further information.
